This high energy Group fitness class is focused on mastering basic and preparing you to excel in your day-to-day activities. Made up of calisthenics, free weights, and cardio workouts. It aims to fuel you up, leaving you fully energized for the rest of the day ahead.

Join coach Solomon for a 45 minute dynamic workout starting every Tuesday & Thursday at 6am
