Hi everyone! My name is Megan Wire, I’m 20 years old and a junior at Michigan State University that’s majoring in packaging. I started working at A1 fitness in the beginning of the summer and enjoyed every second of it. My favorite part of working at A1 was motivating members in Saturday’s boot camp. One of my top priorities while working here was keeping the gym clean and organized and making sure every member felt welcome. I look forward to returning to A1 next summer.
Edwina began yoga in 2013. She joined initially out of personal interest, but 7 years later, she decided to attend an intense Yoga Teacher Training in New York City. She trained with leading yoga, anatomy, and physiology teachers at YogaWorks NYC. For Edwina, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility work in a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style. Expect to move, breathe, and feel good.
